Croissants stuffed chicken curry special
Hi! I will put a recipe for Chicken Curry (moi version)
Ingredients (for about 2 people)
- 2 chicken breast fillets, not very fine
- 1 large potato
- 1 carrot
- Media onion
- Middle
green pepper - 100 ml of cream
- Curry powder (a teaspoon)
- A small spoon of flour
- Oil, salt and water
PREPARATION :
1 - Cut the potatoes and carrots and put them to cook. The delivery because I take less time to cook.
Note: The potato takes less time to cook (about 15 minutes) than the carrot (to me it took over 30 minutes), if you put it to cook together remember to remove the potato before.
2 - Putting Heat oil in large skillet.
3 - Cut the onion and pepper and sectioned (or to taste) and throwing them in the pan. Poach until they are golden brown something to simmer.
4 - While going Fry onion and bell pepper chop the chicken into thick strips. Browse to the pan along with onions and peppers.
5 - Brown chicken.
6 - When the chicken and a bit browned, with the heat, we take a small glass of water, along with a tablespoon of curry powder, cream and teaspoon of flour (the latter is for the sauce thickens a bit more). Add some salt to taste of each.
7 - We leave to reduce (the water to eat a little, and the sauce thickens.)
8 - We started below the potatoes and carrots, cooked and chopped. So I said that cogiese a large skillet, but it could also be done in a pot when it is chicken, fried onions and peppers, are passed to the pan and there are the rest of the steps.
9 - We leave to cook for about 5 minutes Masy ready.
Serve with cooked rice, to me, a normal life like me, but basmati is also doing very well.
