Black And Leopard Prams

Pears streusel microwave mashed vegetables and meat


Personas: 3/4

Ingredientes:

Acelgas (2/3)
Patatas (2 ó 3 gorditas)
Judías verdes (un manojo, aprox. 6-8)
Puerros (2/3)
Zanahorias (2-4)
Aceite de oliva (dos o tres cucharadas)
Sal al gusto
Agua
Carne: Pollo o pavo o ternera (incluso podéis usar pescado, merluza, gallo...) 150- 250 g (un filete de pollo grandecito o incluso una pechuga)

Elaboración:

Se pelan las patatas, se limpian y se cortan en trozos (no tienen por qué ser muy pequeños)
Se pelan las zanahorias, se limpian y se cortan (Idem)

all the vegetables are done, along with the chicken , oil and salt in a pot. Cover with water and put on fire.

If a pressure cooker about 10 minutes will suffice, but mine take about 20 medium heat.

After that time you can check that it is done by clicking and watching the carrot is tender. If it is off the heat and beat with mixer.
