Trying to bring some activity to the community, a preguntilla ...
anyone know the recipe for the Curry Udon ? I mean the Japanese curry soup with noodles "udon", those long and thick as spaghetti almost like a finger. The one with vegetables, chicken, kelp, mushrooms, tofu, etc ... Not the other variant of udon noodles with curry, a stew of yellow noodles with meat or shrimp without seaweed or anything else.
I've been looking for the recipe on the net but can not find anything, just the same variety repeated over and over again. To help, here's the picture of what I want ...
